Quinn’s still living in the dream world she created, where Adam loves her. The sad part is she did such a number on Liam, that I don’t think she’s entirely wrong. He remembers her taking care of him and loving him and protecting him… and then he also remembers her trying to kill him, insulting him and making his life a living hell.
Talk about confusing. He’s almost as lost as she is screwed in the head... >
This week it definitely felt like everyone was having the rug yanked out from under them. Deacon finally realized that Quinn’s still in love with ‘Adam,’ Caridge found out their secret’s not as safe as they thought, Liam’s realizing his battle to get his life back is more uphill than down and Nicole dropped a bomb and had one dropped back on her, too.
So for some reason, Katie’s glommed onto the idea that Thomas could be the bio-daddy to little Douglas... >
First things first: I’m going to need a Whodunnit staring Rick as the corpse, ASAP. I am completely and utterly tired of his whiny, pathetic, annoying behavior… and his hair is an affront to fashion everywhere.
It seems like on B&B every single ‘new’ relationship that the show has developed lately or is setting up for future togetherness has a rotten core... >
And just like that – another twist that I couldn’t wait for is finally here. Liam is free and the wrath of the Steffy and the Spencer clan is about to rain down on Quinn. The fallout already promises to be nothing short of amazing, soapy goodness – unless you’re a fan of Statt and Wyatt, in which case, I’m really sorry.
Just to get the little stuff out of the way: does anyone really care about Katie’s insta-drinking problem? I know I don’t... >
You know, this show seems to be all about delusions lately. In fact, self-delusion seems to be its specialty.
Quinn’s deluding herself that Adam (aka Liam) is her hubby and she’s going to get to ‘keep’ him.
Wyatt’s deluding himself into believing that Steffy loves him more than she loves Liam and that his mother’s not responsible for Liam being missing.
Steffy’s deluding herself into thinking that she loves Wyatt and he’s the man she should marry.
Katie’s deluding herself into ... >
Maya and Rick were back this week, along with Nicole, Zende, and Sasha. It took Rick less than 30 seconds to start whining about Ridge. Apparently no one will care about Raya’s little one because Ridge just spawned another child of his own. Good grief. Rick needs a life, therapy and maybe to star in a ‘who dunnit.’ *smirk*
Rick sat down in Ridge’s chair and did his patented smirk before commenting that Ridge was crazy to think he deserved the CEO chair... >
Awwww, isn’t that just the sweetest thing? Bill finally sees Wyatt as a son worth having around and all it took was for his other son to be abducted and brainwashed. You know, if I were Wyatt I’d skip joining up with Daddy-Come-Lately if it’s this easy for him to write off the son he couldn’t stop praising to the heavens until a few weeks ago.
It’s a little unsettling that the last thing Liam actually said to his father was that he was coming back to work at Spencer, but all Bi... >
This week it was all about the Spencers and the Forresters… and I couldn’t have been happier. Okay… I could have if Rick had been gruesomely killed and next week we were going to enjoy a murder mystery. Be still my heart! But even Rick’s petulantly smarmy presence and Quinn’s bizarre psychosis couldn’t detract from my Caridge. Their scenes were beautiful, sweet and they overpowered everything else I saw this week.
Quinn’s bizarre obsession with Liam jumped the shark when she st... >
This week we got to listen to Brooke play the dutiful sister as she talked to Rick about how worried she was for her youngest sister and how hard Katie was taking the news that Brooke was still in love with Bill – you know, after Brooke’s detour through wanting Ridge back, then Deacon back, then back to Ridge and now here she is, back to Bill. The woman switches between her destinies the way I switch shoes.
Of course, instead of sticking up for her sister, Brooke was yapping ab... >
Between Batie vs. Brill, Zencole, Quinn and her craziness and it’s impact on Statt, it really seems like there’s not a single person or couple on this soap at the moment that has their crap together. Caridge, maybe, but we all know that their adorable togetherness is a set-up for the baby drama to come, so even they don’t count.
Speaking of Batie vs. Brill, Katie may be sounding a bit unhinged lately, but she hasn’t said a single thing that wasn’t true... >
Once again, Steffy and Liam were standing in doorways and looking out while thinking, but this time the balance had shifted because while Liam was feeling the tug of someone who needed him, Steffy was smiling and remembering her night with his brother. ‘Eve’ appearing behind her victim and trying to entice him ‘back to bed’ just amped up the ick factor. Ugh.
I want to like Statt... >
